Sri Lanka has taken necessary steps to provide higher educational opportunities in Australia for its local students as well as professionals by providing cost effective solutions to create financial ease. The Higher Educational Institutions in Australia which is Griffith University and Deakin University has tied up with National Institute of Business Management which is one of the pioneering higher education Institute in Sri Lanka, to provide a path for the local community to complete their higher education in Australia which enables them to gain global recognition and develop their international academic qualifications.
This partnership enables students to save approximately 8 million per year as its initial years can be completed at NIBM that enables to fulfill a certain percentage of the credit requirement of any selected programme offered by any of the Australian Universities.

A ceremony was hosted on the 26th of February 2022 with the Australian Delegates at Hilton Colombo which enabled the students to get more details of the educational path to Austalia.
